Ahranta's Smart Emergency Alarm Service is a service that instantly receives and quickly supports emergency situations for users' safety anytime, anywhere. Get help with the ever-changing violence, disasters in real time. Subscriber-based safety system services developed for lay users in Ahranta that help them determine the exact situation and take immediate action through the control center. (There is no support for communications associated with formal emergency response agencies.)
Key features:
- A function for the user to notify the control center in case of an emergency in real time.
- In case of an emergency, the control center is alerted to the control center while playing high decibels of siren for the user.
- Ability to assist controllers in obtaining video, voice and location information by connecting to the user app after an emergency is received.
- Real-time, one-to-one chat function between the user and the controller after receiving an emergency.
- Ability to view and control images sent to controllers in real time after receiving emergency situations.
- Use the receiver function to notify registered receivers of emergency situations, including parents, acquaintances and carers.
- Voice conversations and real-time video sharing with registered receivers in an emergency.
- The user is relieved to return to the registered receiver and share the location using the location sharing function.
The Smart Emergency Alarm user app provides the control center with an alarm in case of an emergency, enabling controllers to connect to the app to collect video, voice and location information to understand the user's current situation, and allows the user to have a one-on-one real-time chat with the controller for immediate assistance. In the event of an emergency, the same features listed above are also available through registered receivers, and you can share your location using safe return and location sharing.
A subscription is required to use the Smart Emergency Alarm Service, and the following subscription plans are available (costs may vary depending on the region):
- First month free on first-time subscription
- Default subscription plan: KRW 3,500 per month (one receiver registration, 100 MB storage usage)
- Standard subscription fee: KRW 5,500 per month (two receivers, 200 MB of storage space available)
- Advanced subscription plan: KRW 7,500 per month (three receivers, 400 MB of storage space available)
- Premium subscription plan: KRW 9,900 per month (four receivers, 1 GB of storage space available)
Information about auto-renewing service usage:
– Payment will be billed to your iTunes account when you confirm your purchase
– Subscriptions are automatically renewed if automatic renewal is not revoked at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
– Renewal subscriptions will be billed to your account within 24 hours of the end of the current subscription
